Building Self-Aware, Inclusive, Engaged Student Leaders by providing students with opportunities for self-reflection, identity exploration, and leadership development, we aim to nurture their self-awareness, empathy, and understanding of diverse perspectives.

Training teachers with the knowledge, skills, and mindsets to create inclusive and affirming learning environments for all students with comprehensive professional development and ongoing support. We aim to address the unique needs of all students.

Develop and implement an equity curriculum that facilitates rigorous and deep conversations on inclusion, diversity, and social justice. Through this curriculum, we focus on develop a sense of agency in all stakeholders through dialogue, reflection and action.

Our Program !

AFFIRMATIVE CLASSROOM TRAINING PROGRAMS

Our Affirmative Classroom Training Programs are designed to support new and senior teachers in long term creating more inclusive and equitable learning environments. Our Basic program (8 Weeks) for new teachers covers the foundational principles of affirmative teaching, while our Advanced program (12 Weeks) for experienced teachers and teacher trainers provides more in-depth training on topics such as Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, Restorative Justice, Differentiated Instruction, and Universal Design for Learning. Both programs offer practical strategies and tools that teachers can use to create more inclusive classrooms and support student success.

EQUITY CURRICULUM

Our Equity Student Curriculum is designed to support teachers and schools in creating more inclusive and equitable learning environments for their students. Our curriculum covers a range of foundational topics for children, including diversity, biases, differences, family, empathy, compassion etc. Our curriculum is designed to be flexible and adaptable to a range of classroom settings and learning needs, and is aligned with national standards and best practices.

CENTRES OF ACCEPTANCE SCHOOLS

Our COA Program is designed to empower school leaders, administrators, and teachers to cultivate inclusive and equitable learning environments. We use expert-led training and ongoing support to implement a whole-school approach to inclusion through this program. It includes a comprehensive approach to practical strategies for developing inclusive policies, fostering a positive school climate, amplifying student voices, and building strong partnerships with families and communities. We help schools become beacons of diversity and acceptance, ensuring that all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
